Benilda was the best thing that could have happened to us. We're serving in the military overseas and was introduced by one of our friends. Benilda took care of everything from A to Z. We first made contact with Benilda in October 2022, put the house up for sale in late December, and closed escrow by mid January. The house went from market to escrow in about 3 weeks. It was truly a stress free experience selling our house. She was on point with the market and got us $70k of equity over what we expected to get. The process of selling was clearly communicated, the communication during the process was perfect, and the communication after closing to help with loose ends and ensuring the charges are correct was beyond what we could have asked for in a Realtor. To us, she feels like a close friend or family than a Realtor. Best part is we never met on person, I was able to sell my house from half the world away, thanks to Benilda.
